Name change:
- In order to change the name on your account, you will need to provide legal documentation. Acceptable documents include: marriage certificate or legal document from the courts for reasons of name change other than marriage.
Address change:
- To change your address, you can chat with or call a Player Services Representative. We run all address changes through our 3rd party verification system. If the new address isn't a match, you will be required to provide proof of residence. Acceptable documents include: utility bill with service address same as residence, lease agreement, or voter registration.
Email Address or Phone Number
Desktop Site-from the "Bet Now" page:
- Select the "My Account/Person" icon in the top right hand corner of the page .
- Select "My Account" from the drop down list.
- Click the pencil icon next to your email address or phone number, then click "Update" when completed.
Mobile Site-from the main page:
- Select the “My Account/Person” icon on the bottom right
- Select “My Account” from the drop down list
- Click the pencil icon next to your email address or phone number, then click "Update" when completed
Password or PIN #
Desktop site-from the "Bet Now" page:
- Select the "My Account" icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
- Select "My Account" from the drop down list.
- Click the pencil icon next to your Password or PIN, then click "Update" when completed.
Mobile Site-from the main page:
- Select the “My Account/Person” icon on the bottom right
- Select “My Account” from the drop down list
- Click the pencil icon next to your email address or phone number, then click "Update" when completed
Username or Account #:
- Usernames cannot be changed. Once you have set up a username at registration, that is the username that will remain with your account. You cannot set up a new account so that you have a desired username.
- Account numbers are assigned in sequence to every account as registrations are completed. These cannot be changed.
