Do I have to opt-in?
Yes, you will always need to opt into any bonus or promotion. If you are trying to opt into a promotion via email and cannot, we recommend opting in directly from the site.
I am having difficulty opting in. Can player services just opt me in?
No. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to opt you into any promotions or bonuses. You must opt in yourself on the promotion or bonus.
Can I see if I am opted into a Bonus or Promotion?
Yes. You can see this by looking at your offers under the “active” tab on the Offers page.
On the right, under "active" and "complete" , you will see the promotions you opted into. You can click on any of these offers to show you the time you opted in.
I have a friend who got a bonus but I did not. Why did they get a bonus and I did not?
We send out bonuses’ and promotions all the time, but not all players receive the same bonus/promotion or receive it at the same time. To view the bonuses that are specific to your account, click on the Offers tab. You can opt into any bonuses you would like.
I opted into a promotion and have not received the payout for it. Now it is under the completed tab. Will I receive my payout?
All promotions are moved to the completed tab on the offers page once the time frame for the promotion has passed. This is usually prior to the payout. Being in completed status does not reflect if you will receive a payout or not, only that the promotional time period is over.
